Background
15 years building products. Startups to platforms. Shipped things that worked and things that didn't. The failures taught me more — especially about why smart people get stuck.
Along the way: Hostme, resumup, COMU Labs, Collaba community with Ivan Dorn, Facebook, Moovit. Consumer apps, B2B platforms, community tools, hardware deep tech. Each one taught me something about the gap between an idea and a working product.
For a long time, I thought I needed a co-founder just to think things through. Someone to share ideas with, 50/50. Over time, I learned that what I actually needed was a thinking partner — not a title, not a role, not a hierarchy.
Today I focus on two things: working 1:1 with founders who are stuck, and building AI-powered tools in public. I write about vibe coding, Claude Code workflows, and what it actually takes to ship.
How I Work
I run focused 4-6 week sprints with founders. We meet weekly, define homework, and unblock whatever is stuck — product strategy, MVP scope, co-founder alignment, or just the mental load of making decisions alone.

I charge for real work — thinking work, product work, decision-making support. Not for calls. Not for 'accountability.' Not for hand-holding.
